Delivery

The greatest care is taken in wrapping and packing your paintings for postage. We will endeavour to deliver within 14 days, but please allow up to 30 days. Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK is free and includes £30 insurance. Additional insurance options can be taken - please ask for details. Couriers and other services will be charged at cost. We can send paintings worldwide but please contact us first for details. If you wish to collect in person this can also be arranged.

If ordering more than one painting they can be packaged together if desired. A maximum of two paintings will be packaged together to minimise potential damage. We aim to provide an efficient and careful service.

Despite best efforts, accidents can sometimes happen so please read the information below carefully on what to do if you are not totally satisfied with the service you have received.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, by law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods that have been made to your specification or personalized. If you wish to cancel you should notify us via email immediately and this must also be confirmed in writing. You will receive a full refund within thirty days of cancellation either by cheque or through PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with care and they should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging, or packaging of the same standard, and please include a note with details of your name, address and order number. Goods should be returned to: 1 Coxborrow Close, Cookham, Berkshire, SL6 9HH.

Faulty Goods

Please check goods as soon as possible and notify us of any damage promptly and within 7 days of receipt. We will then arrange repair, refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Please note that while every endeavour has been made to ensure accurate representation of colours, these photos have been taken with a digital camera and transferred to the internet so slight alterations may occur. If you would like to see additional photographs of the paintings, please do not hesitate to ask as we're happy to help.
